I moved to a tropical island for a change of pace and scenery. I daydreamed of working on my tan and playing in the surf while sipping drinks with little umbrellas. Reality, and bills, quickly reminded me I spent my days in a hot kitchen and not on a sandy beach. Don't get me wrong, I love my job.
