Jo Fletcher first encounters NYC investment banker Quinn Monroe on her way to JFK with a canister of sperm for her mares in Montana. An incident in the cab involving a snake (don’t ask, it’s complicated) causes her to leave the sperm behind. That sucks, but she’ll always cherish meeting Quinn, a dead ringer for her favorite cowboy movie star Brian Hastings.
Quinn feels responsible for the screw-up so he flies to Montana and delivers the sperm only to learn the bank’s about to take Jo’s ranch. He can buy her time if he impersonates Hastings and says her ranch is the setting for his new film, but he only has 48 hours to learn how to be a cowboy. And when the game is over, he’ll leave town forever.
The scheme is perfect…until the schemers fall in love.
